Letter to the Community Beachwood Athletic Boosters Hosts Bison Back-to-School Bash O n Wed., Sept. 9 from 3:00-6:30 pm, The Beachwood Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual B2B (Business to Business) Show at DoubleTree by Hilton, 3663 Park East Drive. This year's event is presented by Dollar Bank. The show, tagged as “Beachwood's #1 Networking Event,” attracts approximately 100 vendors who exhibit products and services. This year, we proudly introduce the B2B Connections Café, where participants will have opportunities to schedule short, one-on-one meetings with vendors at the show. This is not a typical trade show as it is designed for meeting and networking with business professionals and is open only to attendees who present a business card. Guests will enjoy complementary food samples from various vendors, health screenings, wellness ideas, a technology showcase and much more. Exhibitor space is available and single booths begin at only $295. Exhibitors will have access to advertising opportunities, free wi-fi access and the opportunity to hold raffles at their booths. If you are looking for an opportunity to increase exposure for your business, meet and network with other business professionals and build relationships with key contacts in our business community, the Beachwood B2B Show is the place for you. Register by August 15 and be entered into a drawing for a free Chamber membership/membership renewal for next year. For more information and to register for a booth, please visit beachwood. org or call 216.831.0003. Sincerely, Cindy Caldwell, Executive Director n Sat., Aug. 22 at 7:00 pm, the Beachwood Athletic Boosters will host the Bison Back-to-School Bash at Porsche of Beachwood (25855 Chagrin Boulevard). A parent volunteer organization, the Beachwood Athletic Boosters is dedicated to supporting the Beachwood athletic program in grades K-12. With 23 high school teams, 19 teams at the middle school and a planned expansion into youth programming, our scholars are as active on the field as they are in the classroom. The largest fundraiser of the year, the Bison Back-to-School Bash raises funds to support student athletes and their athletic achievements, including team clinics and camps, athlete of the week and season recognitions and community wide spirit activities. The Bison Back-to-School Bash promises to be an exciting night of fun, with music, great food and a sports themed silent auction. Individual tickets and sponsorship opportunities are still available, but the event is expected to reach its capacity of 300 people.
