Ganley Volkswagen Receives
Wolfsburg Crest Club Award
Congratulations
to Ganley Volkswa-
gen of Bedford and
Beachwood resident
Michael Friedman
on receiving the
Wolfsburg Crest
Award for the fourth
time in a row. This
coveted award is
only presented to
dealerships that achieve outstanding sales and service satisfaction,
while also meeting business goals.
In order to win this award, a VW dealership has to be in the top 25
sales volume in the country, and back it up by having a customer sat-
isfaction score in both sales and service of more than 96%. Employee
certification and training and the store's financial statement are also
taken into account.
Ganley Volkswagen is the only dealership in the Midwest to have
received this award. The Wolfsburg name comes from the city in
Germany where Volkswagen has its headquarters.
